Terms & Conditions

Payment Terms

You may choose one of the following depending on the event:Option A – Full Payment (PAYO): We purchase tickets using our payment method via your account + fees upfront. +₱50 service charge (use of our payment method).
Option B – Partial Payment: 50% payment of ticket + fees upfront. Same process as Option A. Full payment must be settled 3 days before ticketing. +₱50 service charge (use of our payment method).
Option C – Assistance Fee Only: You use your own card/e-wallet. We assist in purchasing through your account. Assistance fee only is charged. You must be ready with funds and OTP if required.

International Clients

₱3,000 per ticket (includes assistance fee +₱500)
• Options A & B may not be available unless using PH banking.

Assistance Fees (Per Ticket)

• Fee depends on artist, demand, ticket price, and effort required.
• Assistance fee is charged per ticket.

Refund Policy

50% refund of assistance fee if:
• Ticket not secured after attempts.
• Event sells out before purchase completion.
• You accidentally buy a ticket yourself during assistance.
100% Refund of Ticket Price + Platform Fees:
• Tickets are not secured at all (platform-dependent cases).
No Refund If:
• You cancel after submitting the form.
• You change ticket quantity or plans.
• You refuse available ticket options.
• Purchase is already in progress or carted.
• Any client-side cancellation.

Cancellation Rules

• No cancellations after form submission.
• Slots are non-transferable.
• Assistance fee is automatically forfeited upon cancellation.

Ticket Platforms & Delivery

SM Tickets
• Tickets can be claimed via account or physical pickup depending on setup.
TicketNet
• E-tickets sent via email or account.
Physical reprints may apply (Araneta pickup if needed).
Ticketmaster
• E-tickets sent via account.
Digital PDF tickets with QR code for entry.
PULP / TicketWorld
• Digital PDF tickets with QR code for entry.
Other Platforms
• Depends on official event rules.

Service Conditions

• First come, first served basis (form submission order).
• No guaranteed tickets—depends on availability.
• We may attempt alternative seat options if preferred ones are unavailable.
• Limited slots per event (usually 10–15 max).

Coordination

• Updates provided via Telegram/Twitter DM during ticketing.
• Clients must stay reachable during ticket sale period.
• Delays in response may affect ticket success.

Important Notes

• Assistance fee is per ticket and non-transferable.
• Payment is required upfront for reservation.
• Service does not guarantee successful ticket purchase.
• No prioritization for extra payments or tips.
• Strictly professional conduct required.
